Return and Refund Policy — 3BY2WEB Distributor Portal

This policy applies to credit pack purchases and related fees paid by authorised 3BY2WEB Partners through the Distributor Portal, operated by TouchTap Technologies Private Limited.
Credits and digital activations are commercial B2B purchases. Refund eligibility is limited as described below.
1. Credit pack purchases
Credit packs are generally non-refundable once purchased, except:
- Duplicate payment or billing error verified by TouchTap — full refund within ten (10) business days.
- Credit pack not yet delivered or credited to your account due to platform error — full refund or credit at your choice.
- TouchTap terminates the partnership without cause within seven (7) days of a pack purchase and no credits from that pack were used — discretionary pro-rata refund of unused credits at TouchTap's sole discretion.
2. Used and activated credits
Credits applied to end-customer Glow activations are not refundable. Partners are responsible for verifying chapter details before activation.
3. Termination
Upon termination of partner status for any reason, unused credits expire and are not refundable unless expressly agreed in writing by TouchTap.
4. GST and credit notes
Approved refunds will be accompanied by revised tax documentation where required under Indian GST law.
5. How to request
Partners must email touchtaptechnologies@gmail.com from their registered Partner email with invoice reference, purchase date, and detailed reason. TouchTap Partner Desk responds within five (5) business days.
