1. Scope

This policy applies to individuals and entities approved as 3BY2WEB distributors, regional partners, or master distributors ("Partners") who access the Distributor Portal.

Partners may view limited personal data of end customers they provision (such as name and email). Partners must use such data solely for 3BY2WEB fulfilment and support, not for unrelated marketing without consent.

2. Personal data we collect

We may collect:

• Partner account data: business name, contact person, email, phone, address, GSTIN, PAN, bank or payout details (if applicable), login credentials, and role assignments.
• Commercial data: credit pack purchases, activation history, pricing tier, distributor level, and transaction records.
• Customer provisioning data: end-user names and emails for accounts you create, site activation records, and support ticket metadata.
• Support and communications: messages, call notes, and correspondence with TouchTap Partner Desk.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, audit logs, and Portal usage analytics.

3. How we use personal data

We use Partner and related data to:

• Onboard, authenticate, and manage distributor accounts.
• Process credit purchases, activations, and commission or tier calculations where applicable.
• Monitor support SLAs, escalation counts, and partner performance for renewal decisions.
• Send operational notices, policy updates, and billing communications.
• Prevent fraud, enforce partner agreements, and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We share data with payment processors (Razorpay), cloud and email providers, and professional advisers under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell Partner personal data.

Aggregated or anonymised performance metrics may be used internally; identifiable Partner data is not published without consent except as required for enforcement or legal compliance.

5. Partner obligations regarding customer data

As a Partner, you are an independent business responsible for lawful handling of end-customer data you access. You must comply with applicable Indian law, honour customer consent, and not export or misuse customer lists. Breach may result in immediate termination of partner status.

6. Retention

Partner records are retained for the duration of the partnership and for up to eight (8) years thereafter for tax, audit, and dispute purposes unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Partners may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Contact our Grievance Officer using the details below.

8. Security

We apply reasonable security measures to protect Portal data. Partners must use strong passwords, enable available security controls, and not share login credentials with unauthorised persons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
