Return and Refund Policy — 3BY2WEB Events

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the 3BY2WEB Events application at https://events.3by2web.com, operated by TouchTap Technologies Private Limited.
The Events App provides digital services — hosted invite pages, templates, subscriptions, and renewals. There are no physical goods to return. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion.
1. Nature of digital services
Once an invite is published, Glow features are activated, or a hosting term has commenced, the relevant digital service has been delivered. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules are preserved; this policy describes our commercial refund practices in addition to those rights.
2. Free tier
Free features are provided without charge and are not eligible for refunds.
3. Glow and premium subscriptions
Refunds for Glow or premium subscriptions may be considered as follows:
- Full refund: if you request cancellation within seven (7) days of purchase AND no invite has been published using paid features during that period.
- Partial refund: if a technical fault on our side prevents use of paid features for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, we may offer a pro-rata refund or service extension.
- No refund: once an invite has been published with paid templates or Glow features, or after seven (7) days from purchase, except where required by law or at our sole discretion for documented platform failure.
4. Hosting renewals
Hosting renewal fees cover future hosting periods. Refunds for unused hosting time are generally not available after renewal activation. If renewal was charged in error (duplicate charge or wrong account), contact us within seven (7) days with proof for reversal.
5. Payment failures and duplicate charges
If you were charged but the service was not activated due to a confirmed payment processing error, we will activate the service or issue a full refund within ten (10) business days of verification.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation. Valid chargebacks will be handled in accordance with Razorpay and banking partner policies.
7. GST and invoices
Refunds, when approved, are net of any non-recoverable payment gateway fees unless the refund is due to our error. GST treatment follows applicable Indian tax law; revised or credit notes will be issued where required.
8. How to request a refund
Email touchtaptechnologies@gmail.com from your registered account email with your invoice or transaction ID, purchase date, and reason. We respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
